COVID-19 Supply Shortages Info

At SOAR Hobby, our goal continues to provide our customers with the best price and selection of e-bikes, airsoft and RC/Hobby products, while maintaining the health and safety of our staff and the public.

The disruptions to the global supply chains have made many of our products currently unavailable, with no solid restocking dates. This is something we have long expected and began planning for in February, when manufacturing shut down in east Asia.

We have spent the last 3 months ordering extra stock, and negotiating with suppliers to receive the necessary products to keep our doors open. This has been extremely successful, and we continue to have an amazing selection in our showroom, while many of our competitors have already sold out and are unable to restock.

There are items we are not able to keep a supply of, whether it is due to manufacturing/logistics disruptions, or restrictions on border crossing. Below you can find details on specific suppliers and ways we continue to be able to connect you with the products you need.

RC Products

RC vehicles went out of stock early, and will have limited availability for the foreseeable future. We have an excellent supply of parts in stock, and are making every effort to bring in new RC cars.

We are currently taking pre-orders on products from Horizon Hobby and Traxxas. We cannot make any guarantee as to the arrival time of any RC product.
ALL PRE-ORDERED VEHICLES MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
PRE-ORDERS WILL BE FULFILLED IN THE ORDER THEY WERE PLACED AS VEHICLES BECOME AVAILABLE.

E-bikes and Off-Road Vehicles

Our aggressive purchasing campaign has paid off well, as we are one of the only remaining businesses with a stock of sport style e-bikes and parts remaining. Quantities are still however extremely limited, so we must prioritize paying customers and can not “hold” units, to allow people to come in and browse.

We have limited availability to custom order specific models of e-bike. Please contact us if you would like a specific model, but it can be assumed that any models that we do not currently have in our showroom are unavailable.

Airsoft Products

While we are currently limited in our ability to order airsoft due to difficulties in crossing the U.S. border, we still have access to our entire catalog of airsoft guns, accessories and gear. Please be patient, as the time to receive items may be longer then usual.

How can I get first access to products?

Our website maintains constant communication with our store’s computer systems ensuring products are reflected on our site as soon as they become available. Purchasing online will allow you to see what we currently have in-stock while maintaining social distancing.
If there are specific parts or accessories that you need, that are not listed, please contact us, as we may still have them or will be able to order.
