Credit Refund to any items returned within 15 Days, assuming the item is returned in it’s original container, unopened, unused and is regular stock.
Custom ordered items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Store credit will be issued with a gift card or exchange of merchandise.
If you wish to have cash refund than a 25% restocking fee will apply.
If the above conditions are not met, then we will charge a restocking fee, or we may refuse the return.If the item is electronic/mechanical we need one business day to properly inspect the item.
Refunds over $100 will be paid by cheque on the same or next business day.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping/transport costs on any returns.

We recommend lipo bags be used during charging and storage. Do not overcharge your batteriesor leave them unattended while charging.
Hobby products, RC, airsoft and archery have manufacturer warranty. Length varies by manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover misuse, dry fires, string derailments, user damage, burned motors or damaged Lithium batteries from over-discharge.

We may handle some claims internally in the first 30 days at our discretion.
SOAR Hobby does not cover manufacturer warranty.
