Terms of Service for Soar Hobby & More

Welcome to Soar Hobby & More, your destination for airsoft guns, RC cars, e-bikes, and related accessories. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
0.1 Preface
Terms & warrant are subject to change at any time according to the discretion of management & ownership.
Soar Hobby & More will have no liability regarding electric vehicles, ATV's or Dirt bikes in the case of injury or damages incurred while driving or otherwise operating vehicles.
These vehicles are also sold as "Off Road & Track Use Only" & should not be taken on any roads, paths, parkways or privately owned property where such vehicles are prohibited by a court of law.
You are responsible for checking all laws with your local authorities and staying in compliance with them at the time of purchase and/or each use.
Any modifications to vehicles void any and all warranty.
Warranties do not include flat tires, pull cords, brake pads, clutches, physical damage or any misuse including but not limited to; wrong fuel or improper charging or storage methods.
Any item(s) unclaimed within 10 days after a repair is completed will be charged for $3 a day for storage.
Any item(s) not claimed within 90 days will become the property of SOAR Hobby & More and may result in a seizure letter being sent to a registered address or email address.
By returning an item you agree to the discretion of staff's restocking fee's which may cost up to 25% of original sale price.
For any return the unit must be considered "Saleable" (by discretion of staff), unused condition, in original packaging.
Final sale items have no cash refunds and will be at the discretion of staff whether or not an exchange is possible, and may not include ANY or a full dollar amount of the purchased goods exchange.
Finale sale items include; items marked as "Final sale", "Clearance", electrical parts, vinyl products, used & custom ordered items. Hobby products, RC & Airsoft but may have manufacturer warranties.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your order occurs when the product is shipped.

While we strive to keep accurate stock levels on our website, product availability is not guaranteed. If an item you order is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. In the case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed at the incorrect price.
4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to various locations. Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and specific restrictions will vary based on the destination and the items purchased. You will be provided with shipping information during checkout.

Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer.
5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for exchanges or store credit. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Certain items, such as airsoft guns and e-bikes, may be subject to specific return restrictions due to safety and legal concerns.
5.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following products are non-refundable:
- Airsoft guns and accessories (where prohibited by local laws or by discretion of the staff)
- Custom or personalized products
- E-bike batteries once opened
