Welcome to SOAR Hobby & More. By accessing our website or purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

0. Preface

These Terms may be updated at any time at the discretion of management and ownership.

SOAR Hobby & More is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses related to the operation of electric vehicles, ATVs, dirt bikes, or similar products.

All such vehicles are sold “Off-Road & Track Use Only.” They must not be used on public roads, paths, parkways, or private property where prohibited by law.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable laws within their municipality, province, or region.

Any modifications to vehicles immediately void all warranties.

Warranties do not cover:

  • Flat tires
  • Pull cords
  • Brake pads
  • Clutches
  • Physical damage
  • Misuse
  • Improper fuel
  • Improper charging
  • Improper storage

Items left unclaimed 10 days after repair completion are subject to a $3/day storage fee.

Items unclaimed after 90 days become property of SOAR Hobby & More and may result in a seizure letter being issued.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, at staff discretion.

Returns require items to be:

  • In saleable condition
  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Final sale items are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be considered at staff discretion but are not guaranteed.

  • Clearance items
  • Electrical parts
  • Vinyl products
  • Used items
  • Custom orders
  • Hobby products
  • RC products
  • Airsoft items
