Parts Manufacturing
Parts can be designed for specific manufacturing processes, including our 3D printing, and injection molding, as the requirements differ. We will work with you from concept, through design and production, and are able to make quick changes based on testing and feedback.
We put the RAPID back in rapid prototyping.
We have in-house FDM and SLA 3D printing capability, with a wide variety of filaments and resins to match your products requirements.
Either have us design the part, or send us digital files, and we will have your product made quickly and at a fraction of the price of some other online services.
For parts that need to be printed in metal, we also work with local auto manufacturers for SLS printing.
The turnaround time for printing allow for next day delivery to be possible for some projects.
With 3D printed molds, we can produce small batches of parts at a small fraction of the price it would cost for an industrial supplier to fabricate a CNC mold.
This is great when parts need to be able to made cheaply in batch sizes of 20 to 500, instead of the 10s of thousands that are often required to be cost effective in larger processes.
For larger products, or where it makes sense to have production runs of more then 1000 units, we also work with local automotive suppliers to provide traditional CNC moldmaking.
Don’t be satisfied with having the same look as everyone else. We can customize your product with whatever design you want.
Laser engraving for logos, information, labeling and other marketing requirements is also a great way to differentiate your product from the competition.
For manufacturing processes that are not practical to be equipped for on-site, we work with several of these companies to be able to give our customers access to technologies such as:
-Plasma and water cutting
-Sheet metal bending
-Welding and large fabrication.
